terms of service
By commissioning me, you confirm you have read and agree to the following terms:
GENERAL RULES:
• I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
• I won't draw licensed characters for commissions. Fan characters are acceptable, as long as they don't include copyrighted symbols or trademarks.
• I am going to ask you for references of your OC. If you want me to draw some specific clothes, accessories, pose etc., you have to send references for this too.
If you have no complete reference of your character - thats fine, you just have to describe your character to me in details.
• I draw commissions by turns, but I can temporarily switch to another commission to take a break from the previous one so as not to lose time. You may review my trello queue at any time to track my progress on a piece.
• You can ask for commission via furaffinity notes or via email [email protected]. I do not read instagram and twitter DMs.
• English is not my first language, so I aplogize for any errors and, please, keep slang and acronyms to minimum.
I can draw: furry, antro, human OCs; custom characters; tasteful waist-up nudity
I won't draw: feral characters; exaggerated body types; armors and weapons; complex mechanisms; most fetishes; explicit NSFW; intersourse; hate group, political themes; drugs or anything illegal; gore; explicit violence; copyrighted characters (not in terms of commissions)
FINISHED PIECE DISTRIBUTION:
• Your finished commission will be delivered only via digital medium. There will never be any physical component.
• I have the right to post the finished image at my galleries (furaffinity, twitter, instagram etc). However, if you would like me to not post your commission online, please, let me know.
• You have the right to repost the finished image as long as you will credit me appropriately somewhere in the description and link back to my profile (furaffinity, twitter or instagram). You are not permitted to claim the artwork as your own.
• I do not allow my work to be used for profit purposes unless it is specifically requested by the commissioner beforehand and agreed to by both parties.
• You are not permitted to trace, copy or edit the finished piece. However, you can crop the commission as you see fit (for icon, banner, avatar, etc.).
PAYMENT AND REFUNDS:
• I require full payment upfront before I begin working your commission.
• Do not send me money directly. I will invoice you for payment once details of the commission are confirmed.
• I only accept the payment via PayPal invoices and in USD.
• I expect your payment within 48 hours after the invoice is sent.
• I will issue refund only if I am unable to complete the commission for any reasons or if work at image not started yet.
PROCESS:
• You are going to receive a rough concept sketch for approval, based on the references and descriptions you provided. At this point, any changes and edits of the sketch can be made free of charge.
• Usually, I send about 4 WiPs (‘work in progress’): corrected sketch, lineart, color, and shading (+ separate WiPs for detailed backgrounds). You can ask me for an additional WiP at any time.
• After the corrected sketch was accepted, I may charge extra for major changes (such as pose, character design etc.) requested for any given stage after approval has been given for that stage. But as long as the stage is in progress, fell free to ask for WiPs and to make remarks.
• I may charge additional fees for complex accessories / features and other time-consuming add-ons.
• After you approved the finished work, any changes or refunds are not available.
